Once your account meets the balance size or trading volume requirements, you will automatically receive the corresponding VIP level and become a member of the program. If you want to join our VIP program from another exchange, you can apply by filling out the application form on this page.
To qualify for VIP status on WhiteBIT, your account must meet specific trading volume or balance requirements. The minimum threshold (for VIP Level 1) is a 30-day trading volume of 1,000,001 USDT for the Spot Market or an average account balance of 1,000,000 USDT. These figures are calculated in USDT equivalents across your balances.
Trading volume refers to the total value of all executed trades within a calendar month on Spot markets. It includes activity across both Main and Sub-Accounts activity. Additionally, trades executed through the WhiteBIT Convert feature are included in the Spot trading volume calculation. The trading volume in other assets will be converted to the USDT equivalent.
It is calculated using random snapshots taken throughout the month from your balances. These snapshots capture the USDT equivalent of all assets except those removed from the exchange. These snapshots are divided by the total number of days in which they were taken to determine your monthly average balance.
Discounts on Maker/Taker fees are applied automatically upon reaching VIP Level 1, based on your trading volume or average balance. These discounts are directly tied to your VIP Level, which is recalculated as your trading volume or average balance fluctuates. If your metrics drop below the current level, your discounts remain until the end of the month, after which your VIP Level and applicable discounts are recalculated at 01:00 UTC on the first day of the following month.
If you have an established VIP status on another exchange, you can transfer your VIP Level to WhiteBIT by following a straightforward verification process. You must complete the VIP application form with details about your trading volume on the other exchange. Once submitted, our team will verify your information and assign you a corresponding VIP level on WhiteBIT. The transfer process is seamless, ensuring that you begin enjoying VIP benefits on WhiteBIT without delay. To maintain your VIP status, ensure that you meet the minimum requirements during the recalculation at the end of the calendar month.
You will be assigned the highest VIP level you qualify for across two criteria.
All assets on the balances are considered in calculating the average balance and trading volume, except those removed from the exchange. If an asset was delisted from the exchange during the month, then this asset will be used for calculation purposes up to the date of delisting.
